DESCRIPTION:ZUGEHÖRT! – Was bringt die Medizin der Zukunft? \nAm 7. Oktober lädt SaxoCell zum Bürgerforum über Zell- und Gentherapien ins Deutsche Hygiene-Museum Dresden ein. Expert:innen aus Medizin und Forschung geben verständliche Einblicke in aktuelle Therapieansätze und diskutieren mit dem Publikum über Chancen\, Risiken und gesellschaftliche Fragen. \nZellen als Medikamente? Gene verändern\, um schwere Krankheiten zu behandeln? Was nach Medizin der Zukunft klingt\, ist in Teilen bereits Realität. Zell- und Gentherapien eröffnen neue Möglichkeiten bei der Behandlung schwerer Erkrankungen – gleichzeitig stellen sie Medizin und Gesellschaft vor neue Fragen. \nWie viel Risiko würden wir für eine neuartige Therapie eingehen? Wo endet Behandlung und beginnt Optimierung? Wem vertrauen wir\, wenn von medizinischen „Durchbrüchen“ die Rede ist? Und wie kann ein gerechter Zugang aussehen\, wenn Therapien aufwendig und teuer sind? \nBeim SaxoCell®-Bürgerforum ZUGEHÖRT! am 7. Oktober 2026 von 18 bis 21 Uhr im Deutschen Hygiene-Museum Dresden stehen genau diese Fragen im Mittelpunkt. Zum Einstieg geben kurze Filme sowie Expert:innen aus Medizin und Forschung verständliche Einblicke in aktuelle Ansätze der Zell- und Gentherapie. Mit dabei ist Prof. Dr. med. Martin Wermke\, Onkologe und Experte für CAR-T-Zelltherapien am Universitätsklinikum Dresden und NCT/UCC Dresden. Eine weitere wissenschaftliche Perspektive kommt aus dem Bereich Medizinische Systembiologie der TU Dresden. \nAnschließend sind die Besucher:innen selbst gefragt: An Thementischen wird gemeinsam diskutiert und abgewogen – unter anderem zu Erwartungen und Vertrauen\, Risiken und Grenzen sowie Fragen von Zugang und gesellschaftlicher Teilhabe.
